Does MortgageLine charge a fee?

We offer a wide range of services to meet every type of mortgage need.

Our fee structure reflects the amount of time and effort it takes on our part to provide you with a first class mortgage service.

 

For Mortgages

Your first call and meeting with MortgageLine is at our expense and so free to you. Then if you decide to proceed with a mortgage application then we will charge you an initial Mortgage Application Fee of €195. And thats it. No more fees after that and we will stick with you as long as it takes to get the keys to your new home.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE; MortgageLine does not charge a fee when you are switching mortgage lenders. We provide a free mortgage switching service.

 

For Life Insurance, Pensions and Investments

We are normally paid by way of commission, however you can opt alternatively to pay by way of a fee. Our hourly rate is €150 and all fees will be agreed in advance.
